Begin your tour with a walk through lush vineyards, providing insights into the meticulous farming practices that cultivate exceptional grapes. Inside the cellar, explore the art of winemaking and aging techniques, guided by engaging audiovisual immersive experience that combine video mapping and spatialized sound. Animated characters representing historical figures such as Dante, Francesco Redi and Pellegrino Artusi bring to life the rich heritage of wine culture, creating a captivating 360-degree immersive experience. Engage all your senses through tactile, olfactory and visual stimuli. Olfactory stations featuring traditional aromas allow you to develop your scent recognition skills, fostering a contemplative atmosphere focused solely on the essence of the wines. A highlight of the experience is a guided blind tasting of four wines, where you, blindfolded, rely exclusively on your senses of smell and taste to evaluate and appreciate each sample—free from preconceived notions and external influences. This interactive activity challenges you to discover the emotional and tactile nuances of wine, making the tasting both fun and enlightening. Guests under the legal drinking age will be offered a refreshing fruit juice and water as alternatives to wine.
