History

Brașov's hidden gem — a secret place in the very heart of Brașov, where flavours and stories lost for over 100 years have been rediscovered. Authentic tradition, local gastronomy, and a premium sensory experience
In the historic heart of Brasov, in the iconic Council Square, Czell Brauhaus invites you to step into the story of Brasov's oldest craft beer, born in 1893 and carried forward across generations.
This exclusive one-hour experience takes place in the historic cellar, inside the Czell nano-brewery itself, where the beer is brewed in real time just a few steps from your table.
It is not just a tasting, it is a journey into the history of Transylvanian beer, into a family's tradition and the living craft of brewers, experienced in the very place where every glass begins its story
