Next, we head to Tomar, one of the most important Templar cities in Europe. Here, you will visit the magnificent Convent of Christ, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and former Templar stronghold, renowned for its rich architectural details and historical significance. You will also have time to explore the Historic Center of Tomar, with its charming streets, traditional squares, and local shops.

An optional lunch is available at the medieval-themed Taverna Antiqua (reservation required; not included in the tour price), offering a unique dining experience inspired by ancient traditions.

In the afternoon, the tour continues to Santarém, a historic Gothic city known as the “Capital of Gothic” in Portugal. The visit includes the Portas do Sol Castle, a panoramic viewpoint with spectacular views over the Tagus River and surrounding plains, perfect for photos and moments of contemplation.
