We will visit the Castle of Monselice, a treasure chest containing ancient weapons, chests, valuable tapestries, beautiful period furniture from all over Italy. We will tell you the story of this fascinating place and see how its ancient inhabitants lived. The Carraresi, the Scaligeri, the Visconti, the Este, are some of the famous lordships that have fought for its possession, whose spirits are said to still hover among the rooms of the ancient manor. We will then climb what has been defined as the most beautiful walk in Veneto, Via del Santuario, with its Villas, its famous Seven Churches that recall the Seven Basilicas of Rome and which are still a popular pilgrimage destination for devotees from all over Europe. There will be plenty of viewpoints from which to admire the town from above.</p>
