Begin with a walk through the scenic vineyards, offering insights into organic cultivation practices and the unique volcanic terroir of the region. Visit the winery, and learn about the winemaking process, emphasizing organic methods and traditional techniques. Following the vineyard and cellar visit, indulge in a tasting of four carefully selected organic wines, each distinguished by its purity and expression of the local terroir. Savor a tasting of high-quality extra virgin olive oil (EVO), produced locally using traditional methods. Accompanying the wines is a selection of high-quality foods, including crispy bruschetta topped with fresh tomatoes, local cured meats, organic vegetables, DOP Provolone cheese, and homemade casatiello. Continue with a delicious plate of pasta served with a fresh tomato sauce, perfectly complementing the wines and other foods. To conclude, enjoy a homemade dessert, rounding out a memorable gastronomic and oenological journey in this unique volcanic landscape.Children and underage people will eat the food as well, but will receive a soda or a fruit juice instead of the 4 wines.
